The basic name of this machine is a CNC Router (Computer Numerical Control Router).
CNC stands for Computer Numerical Control. This means it is a precision machine controlled by a computer.
What this machine does:
It performs tasks such as precise cutting, carving, drilling, and engraving of designs on flat materials like wood, MDF, acrylic, plastic, and some metals.
It is essential in the interior industry for creating decorative panels, doors, furniture components, design work, and intricate 3D designs.
This is a CNC Router machine. We utilize this machine in our interior company's factory to execute precise work on wooden panels and other materials, thereby delivering high-quality designs to our clients.
What does this machine do?
The primary purpose of this machine is to precisely cut large panels—be it wooden boards, MDF, Plywood, or Laminate sheets—according to specific measurements.
Precise Angle Cuts:
It can perform not only 90-degree cuts but also precisely cut at specific angles (Mitre Cuts).
This Sliding Table Saw machine is the foundation of our high-quality interior projects.
Precision Cutting Excellence: We cut all plywood and MDF panels for furniture with 100% accuracy, often with less than a millimeter of tolerance. This is crucial for ensuring your furniture components fit together perfectly.
Flawless Edges: The scoring technology on this machine ensures extremely clean and smooth cuts, preventing chipping on the edges of laminated and expensive panels.
Workmanship Superiority: It is only through these precise cuts that we maintain exceptional quality in the manufacturing of high-end modular kitchens and furniture.
Automatic Edge Bending Machine (This is referred to as 'High Speed Auto Edge Bander' in the image).
Purpose: Its main task is to provide a clean and durable finish to furniture by gluing laminate or PVC tapes onto the edges of precisely cut panels such as MDF, Plywood, or Particle Board.
This machine automatically performs several sequential processes:
Gluing: Applying the adhesive (Glue) uniformly onto the edge of the panel.
Edge Banding: Pressing and attaching the edge tape firmly onto the panel's edge.
End Trimming: Precisely cutting off the excess tape at the starting and ending points.
Top/Bottom Trimming: Trimming the excess tape material on the top and bottom of the panel, making it flush with the panel surface.
Buffing/Polishing: Polishing the applied edge to provide a clean finish free from stains or glue marks.
The machine's name is Hydraulic Cold Press or simply Cold Press.
Function:
Its main objective is to bond layers together. It is used to glue decorative sheets like Laminate or Veneer onto the surface of panels such as wooden boards, Plywood, or MDF.
Process:
The press applies uniform, high pressure across the panels and the bonding sheets, ensuring the glue fully cures and the layers are firmly attached to one another. Since it is a 'Cold Press,' the bonding process occurs at room temperature without the application of heat.
Strong Adhesion and Longevity:
The machine applies uniform pressure across the entire surface of the panel and the laminate, ensuring the adhesive bonds completely. This results in flawless, permanent bonding, giving our furniture components maximum longevity.
Impeccable and Quality Finish:
It eliminates surface defects common in manual application, such as air bubbles, wrinkles, or uneven surfaces. This guarantees the smooth, high-quality finish essential for your modular furniture.
Complete Durability:
By creating a strong bond, the machine prevents the laminate or veneer from peeling. This significantly enhances the furniture's durability and protection against moisture or temperature variations.
